Sierra Nevada X Changing Tides Foundation

Cinematographer · Drone Operator · Editor I had the opportunity to capture a pretty special weekend in Southern California with Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. and Changing Tides Foundation for their first-ever Sierra Sister Sessions, an event all about celebrating women, surfing, and community. The weekend kicked off with a fundraising celebration in Leucadia before heading to the beach for a morning of ocean cleanup, surfing, and women supporting women in the lineup. The event brought together an incredible community while raising funds for Changing Tides Foundation's surf mentorship programs. I captured the weekend from all angles, shooting aerial drone footage, filming from the water, documenting the events on land, and bringing everything together in the edit. As someone who loves both ocean filmmaking and stories about women creating space for themselves in action sports, this was exactly the kind of project I love being part of. A weekend full of good waves, good people, and a pretty great cause.
